I am not a failure

just because I failed once 
does not mean I am a failure.

Just because I keep failing 
does not mean I won't rise.
maybe nothing feels right,
but I know, deep in my heart,
that I will rise again.

One day, I'll prove it
not just to them but to myself, too.
Because I know I can.
And I know I will.

Being tired doesn't make me a failure
not being able to do things the way others do,
doesn't make me a failure 
moving at my own pace,
doesn't make me a failure
needing space, needing time,
doesn't strip away my worth.

I am tired 
tired of the labels,
tired of not being enough,
tired of the expectations people,
tired of feeling like I have to prove something,
I am tired of feeling like I have to prove
that I deserve to exist.

But hear me now 
I am here,
here to stay.
I am enough,
just enough.
I am not a failure.

This Is Me. Kinda. (A little back story to me and my poems) (I tend to write thoughts depending on how I feel at a given time, and when I am sad is when I have the most pain to write, and most people might see or hear and think I am a sad person, but I am not,  sometimes I am, but that's not the point) A little backstory about me and my poems I’m not sad.
